I found this in my library yesterday. I had forgotten all about this little treasure. It was published in 1976. It's called "The change".
I will try to translate what is says on the back cover.

How beautiful! I think any of us that has experienced motherhood knows that feeling. It's so difficult to express in words...this does an admirable job of describing it!
