Liv Ullmann (2)

I found this in my library yesterday. I had forgotten all about this little treasure. It was published in 1976. It's called "The change".
I will try to translate what is says on the back cover.

"To Linn

Your skinny, little body is the closest I’ll ever get to life it self.

You who are like life when I touch you and you get heavy and warm when you lean up against me. When you pat my chick and say "little mummy", and understand more then I know. When you tell me not to be sad, because you are with me. When you make may life richer
just by being you.

A connection without words or touch.”

  1. How beautiful! I think any of us that has experienced motherhood knows that feeling. It's so difficult to express in words...this does an admirable job of describing it!

  3. Thanks for sharing. Her beauty has a sunshine, radiant quality that is also fragile and moving.
I must admit I never saw her in a movie. Is there any you'd recommend?
